Our sauces are slow kettle-cooked
Slow and steady wins the race, and the same goes for pasta sauce. Ours are cooked in the same kind of pots you use at home. They’re pretty big pots, but our customers make for a pretty big family. We slow kettle-cook our sauces, which is how we marry the flavors of our fresh ingredients and get that truly homemade taste.
The competition uses heat tubes
Unlike a slow kettle cooked homemade process, other major brands rely on quick heating transfer tubes like those shown here which use pressure and added heat to quickly “flash cook” their sauce. While our sauces cook for hours, heat transfer tubes complete the cooking process in minutes. Victoria chooses to never compromise our artisanal slow kettle cooking methods because home cooked taste is what our customers expect.
