Vegan Veggie Pizzas
1 (6) pkg. English Muffins
½ of (25 oz) jar Victoria Vegan Italian Veggie Sauce
Dried oregano flakes to taste
1 pkg. (8 oz) Mozzarella Style vegan cheese shreds
Preheat oven to 400 degress. Separate English muffins and toast lightly on both sides. Spoon 2-3 Tbs. of Victoria Vegan Italian Veggie Sauce on to each muffin half. Sprinkle lightly with oregano and top with vegan cheese shreds: light, medium or extra vegan cheesy, depending on your preference. Place in oven for 3-6 minutes until sauce is heated and cheese is soft and gooey. Allow to cool a few minutes before eating. Makes twelve mini pizzas.
